Vexel is licensed, not sold. A lifetime license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Vexel on Macs you own or control, and includes updates within the 1.x version line. The 3-day free trial grants the same usage rights for evaluation, after which exporting requires a paid license.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or your license key, and not to use Vexel to infringe others' rights or to violate the terms of any platform you upload images to. You are solely responsible for the images you process and how you use the output, including any watermarking, copyright, or content-policy implications.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Because a free trial lets you fully evaluate the app before buying, sales are generally final; however, if Vexel doesn't work as described we'll make it right — contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Vexel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that processed images will evade any particular detection, deduplication, or hashing system, or that any third-party platform will accept them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here.
